Lily’s 2009 Pasadena portrait session

December 30th, 2009 | Posted in Kids & Family at 1:17 pm by jen

Here’s another family I’ve had the privilege to document growing up. I’ve photographed Lily every year of her life, including in utero. I love hanging out with her, she shows me all over the grounds of their house, we chat, play and shoot. There’s no better way to spend an afternoon. Here she is, looking all grown up.

Kye’s 8 month portrait session!

December 30th, 2009 | Posted in Uncategorized at 1:11 pm by jen

I love documenting growing families. We were so lucky to photograph Vicki & Nick’s AMAZING destination wedding in Sayulita Mexico a few years ago, and we’ve continued our friendship photographing their newest edition Kye since he was born! What a cutie! Here they all are for Kye’s 8th month and holiday portrait session.

It’s a busy time here at B&G, and we’ll have a few new blog posts coming soon. Just wanted to say Happy Holidays to everyone and thank Laurie Bailey for taking our family photos this year. It’s fun to be on the other side of the lens every once in awhile. :) We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and fantastic new year!!

B&G is blogging for The Knot!

December 2nd, 2009 | Posted in B&G News at 12:45 pm by jen

I was so honored to have been asked to be a guest blogger for The Knot’s Los Angeles weddings site! I’ve just begun with a couple of posts, but will be posting once or twice a week, I guess until they get sick of me! It’s fun coming up with topics, but your suggestions are always welcome!  Let me know if there’s anything you want to know about planning your wedding, or if there was something really cool you saw at a wedding you recently attended.  Happy reading!
