Lena & Dan had a beautiful daytime wedding at the Marriott in Marina del Rey. We love daytime weddings, as we get to use all natural light the whole day! After completing all the portraits first thing in the morning, we felt like we were part of the family and had the best time with everyone. We had such a great time photographing the Reiss family - once Kellan finally let us enter the house with the secret password. We got a fun combo of some posed family portraits and some more natural candid shots of the kids. We’ll shoot with you guys anytime!! I love this shot of Reese, I think it captures his personality.

One of my most favorite things about being a photographer is getting to watch my clients’ families grow. We shot Kim & Jawsh’s stunning Shutters on the Beach wedding in July of 2005, and now their son Noah just celebrated his first birthday! Happy birthday Noah!!! We hope you got everything you wished for.

Jawsh is a designer who does fabulous work. He even designed the candy wrapper!

We were lucky to photograph Cathy & John’s beautiful La Venta Inn wedding back in May of 2005 (that’s pb time - pre-blog). We love these guys, as we’ve never been able to get together without getting stomach aches from laughing so much. And now, a new little Lowell is joining the world! We shot the maternity session at their beautiful Malibu home, doesn’t Cathy looks so stunning and radiant! We can’t wait to meet Luke when he arrives and do his newborn session. Good luck guys!!!!
