We have had such a pleasure working with Jeanetta & Darrell, they are such sports and love getting their picture taken. We’ve done 2 engagement sessions with them (UCLA & the Paris Hotel in Vegas) and this past weekend was their amazing wedding. We started out Thursday night covering the rehearsal at the First Church of God, then went bowling. Friday night, Darrell’s mother hosted a party at her beautiful house in Castaic, which included all sorts of sports to play before dinner, and Sunny Hilden entertaining the crowd during and after dinner. Saturday began with getting ready at the Ritz Carlton in the Marina, and after the ceremony the Fantasea Yacht Club was transformed by Chris Yeager of Progressive Events into a Parisian club. The Sai-Whatt?? Band was INCREDIBLE, Eye-Appeal Media were a joy to work with, NancyKay Confections created an Eiffel Tower masterpiece of a cake, and Peggy Kelley of Timeless Celebrations created a wonderful event. Today we got to meet Max Rosenbaum at the beautiful Loews Hotel in Santa Monica. We photographed his parents (Marissa & Brook) wedding last year at the La Quinta Resort and Spa. Max was only visiting Los Angeles for the weekend, and we were lucky enough to be on the guestlist to come and meet him!! What a cutie!!

My niece & nephew are almost 10 months old now. They both can pull themselves up to standing and will charm the pants off of you with one glance. Here they are…

This weekend, we photographed Annie & Kurian’s wedding at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Long Beach. Annie started out the day in a beautiful white wedding gown, and during the ceremony a blessing was made on her stunning sari she changed into for the reception. Back at the Hyatt Regency in Long beach, everyone had a great time and hit the dance floor! A big thank you to Marcia Vidal of Crystal Clear Weddings & Occasions, who by doing her job so well, made our job easy! Here’s a look at the day:

Carrera & Marlon were married at the exotic location of Rancho Las Lomas this past weekend. Marlon’s father officiated the ceremony, I love the extra warth it gives a ceremony when someone close to the couple actually marries them. It was a perfect evening thanks to everyone involved, flowers by Lynne Lucente, Make-up by Misa Aikawa, cake by Let Them Eat Cake, Video by Alec of Magus Creations, and coordination by Melody Walker.
