Yes, Facebook has taken over the world, or at least the digital world. You’re already up there, right? So why not become our fan? Monday night we got to photograph The Knot’s Market Party they throw every year for their advertisers. While I’m not able to post any of the photos yet, you’ll be able to see them in the next issue of The Knot Southern California. I just had to share the list of vendors that made the party fantastic… as well as a cool shot Nate took of me in action.

The ACPWC is a great organization helping to train and achieve great professionalism in wedding coordinators. Last week Marcia Vidal of Crystal Clear Weddings not only organized their speaker day at the Hilton Long Beach but was also graduating herself! She asked us to to be part of the day, and help educate their newest members on the photography side of a wedding. We were among some fantastic speakers and people we admire in this industry, including David Robin | films, Peter Merry, Bob Gail, Emily Rose Papers, Rev. Clint Hufft and Caroline Hallak. Congratulations to all the students who completed their week long class, and to all who graduated with their certificates! We had a great time, thanks for including us!

This week, Nate & I got to work with two of our favorite people in the industry, Mary Sushinski of Occasions, and Jackie Combs of Jackie Combs Floral Design. They put together two stunning table top designs and we got to photograph them. Take a look:

Nate & I belong to the LA chapter of ABC - the Association of Bridal Consultants. It’s a great group of people in the industry that get together every other month to network and hang out. We’ve met (and worked) with some really wonderful people in this organization. This month’s meeting was held at the beautiful Luxe Hotel on Sunset, and we were the featured photographers of the night. We had a great time and of course photographed everything and everyone! Here’s a look at the fun:

Last night, Nate & I hosted a photographers night. A group to share ideas, learn from each other and hang out! Such a great crowd showed up, including Cat & Adi, Kim Fox, Christine Haws, Laura Kleger, Giselle Macfarlane, Carrie Phillips, April Rocha, Laurie Bailey, Leanna Creel, Veronica Puleo, Tiffany Stern, Dina Douglass and Jules Bianchi.
